For adults with intellectual disabilities accessing either our Residential Programs or the Community Support Programs, we complete a thorough assessment of each client and apply the right tools, guidance and support to help them meet their daily goals. 

 Our service benefits include:

• Every client receives a case planning session with our team and the individual’s family, guardian and/or caregiver.

• The result of the planning session helps the team determine the needs of the client, the level of support required and how we can best assist the client and their family, guardian and/or caregiver. Behavioral strategies will be developed, and the team will determine the tools necessary to teach new skills, enhance the quality of life and ensure the safety of each client in our programs.
